AI Credits

Credits are consumed when AI agents run inference:

BYOM (Coding Agent only): 0 credits consumed — you pay your AI provider directly.

Credits reset on the 1st of each month. Unused credits do not roll over (Free/Growth). Pro and Enterprise plans can purchase add-on credit packs.


Upgrading Your Plan

Via Web Portal

  1. Sign in to studio.atlastechlab.com 
  2. Click Billing in the left sidebar
  3. Click Upgrade Plan
  4. Select the new plan (monthly or annual)
  5. Enter payment details via Razorpay (card, UPI, net banking)
  6. Upgrade is instant — new limits apply immediately

Proration

When upgrading mid-cycle:

  • You’re charged the prorated difference for the remaining days in the current period
  • New limits apply immediately

Downgrading Your Plan

Via Web Portal

  1. Sign in to studio.atlastechlab.com 
  2. Click BillingChange Plan → select lower plan
  3. Downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  4. You keep current plan limits until then

Before downgrading, check your usage:

  • If you have more workflows than the new plan allows, excess workflows will be paused (not deleted)
  • If you have more team members, excess members will lose access at downgrade time
  • If you have more runners, excess runners will be deregistered

What happens to your data?

  • Workflows — paused if over limit, but not deleted. Reactivate by upgrading or archiving extras.
  • Credentials — read-only if over vault limit. Existing workflows can still use them.
  • History — audit logs older than new plan’s retention are archived (not immediately deleted).

Canceling a Subscription

  1. Web Portal → Billing → Cancel Subscription
  2. Your plan remains active until the end of the paid period
  3. After expiry, account moves to Free tier
  4. All data is retained for 90 days on Free tier; then workflows are archived

To permanently delete your account and all data: Settings → Account → Delete Account (irreversible).


Payment Methods

Accepted via Razorpay:

  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm)
  • Net banking (major Indian banks)
  • International cards

Invoices are emailed automatically after each payment and available in Web Portal → Billing → Invoices.

Checking Usage

Web Portal → Billing → Usage tab shows:

  • AI credits used this month (with daily breakdown)
  • Workflow runs this month
  • Active connectors
  • Team member count
  • Vault secrets count
  • Runner hours

Get notified when usage hits 80% of limits: Settings → Notifications → Usage Alerts.
