User Journeys
User journeys are end-to-end flows that connect features into real workflows. Use them to onboard new users, run training, or understand how to get from A to B in the platform.
Why user journeys?
AtlasAI has many modules (Incidents, Runbooks, CMDB, Correlation, etc.). It’s easy to ask: “Where do I start?” or “How does this fit together?” User journeys answer that by walking you through complete scenarios with clear steps and links to the right screens.
Journeys we cover
| Journey | Best for | What you’ll do |
|---|---|---|
| Alert to resolution | On-call, SREs | From an alert or event to a resolved incident with RCA and automation |
| First login to first value | New users, admins | First sign-in, workspace tour, first incident, and where to go next |
| Pipeline: Connect → Improve | Platform owners | How the Command Center pipeline stages connect (Connect → Discover → … → Improve → Value) |
| From data to incident | Data/observability teams | Connect data sources, run discovery, correlate events, and create incidents automatically |
Quick path by role
